This was photographed on Constitution Hill, Birmingham in 2009. I looked above the shop fronts (many of them now boarded up) and saw this. It made me think of sex slavery and the sex industry that is perhaps all around us but we do not see it. Someone said to me that this is a joke, but what if it isn't? |
